FAQ about Greenly in general – What we are, what we do, and how to book.

What is Greenly?

Greenly is a one stop shop for all your gardening needs. We make it easy for you to find a gardener in Dubai. Book through the Greenly app and we do the rest, finding the best gardeners for the job.

How can I make a booking?

All bookings are made through the Greenly app. Just create an account and choose the service you need. The app will ask you a few questions about your gardening needs and when you would like the service to be scheduled. Once paid through the app, your booking is confirmed. Check out our recurring services – you make just one booking, choose how many times per week and when you want the gardeners to come and are billed monthly. For custom services, chat with us.

Can I make a booking for multiple addresses?

Yep! Just log into your account and add the address. Be sure to select the address you want to use for each booking.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my booking?

We know things don’t always go as planned. If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, just chat with us and our customer care team will be happy to assist.

Do I have to be home during my booking?

Nope! Go out and enjoy your day. There is no need for you to be home while our gardeners are there. You can even book services while you’re away on vacation, like Plant Sitting, so that you come home to well cared for plants or a fresh garden!  Just leave any instructions, i.e. the key is under the mat, for the gardeners when you make the booking.

Which areas do you cover?

Currently, we are operating only in Dubai. We serve all areas in Dubai, so no matter where you are – we’ve got you covered. You can see a full list of areas on our Locations page.

Can I pay the gardeners in cash?

All payments must be made through the Greenly app at the time of booking. Don’t worry about running to the atm for cash.

What if I don't need 2 hours?

The minimum booking is for 2 hours, so have a think and see what else our gardeners can do while they’re there.

What is the price of your services?

Our services differ in price depending on the service, whether it’s one time, recurring, or custom. But what you can count on is that all of our pricing is upfront, fair, and affordable. You will know the price at the time of booking and all payments are made through the Greenly app. You don’t have to worry about prices change, paying in cash, or unexpected costs. You can find the price listed for every service on each service page. For custom services, chat with us and get an instant quote.

Account

How do I change my credit card details?

Currently, credit card details are not stored in your account and must be entered for each booking. If you need to change your credit card details for a recurring service that you have already booked, please chat with us and our customer care team will help.

How do I change my address?

Log into your Greenly account on the app and click on account details. You can change or add your address there.

How do I change my phone number?

Log into your Greenly account on the app and click on account details. You can change your phone number there.

How do I change my email?

Log into your Greenly account on the app and click on account details. You can change your email there.

How can I contact a customer care?

Chat with us to connect to our customer care team. Whether you have a question about our services, need to reschedule a booking or want to add extras to your current booking, our customer care team is here to help!

What is your refund policy?

At Greenly your satisfaction is a priority for us. If you are unhappy with your service or want a refund for some other reason, please chat with us to make the request.

What if I am not happy with my service?

Your happiness is our priority. After your service, you will be sent a message asking you to rate the service you received. Our customer care agent will follow up with you if you let us know that you are not satisfied with the service. Or you can chat with us.

What if there is damage done by a gardener?

If there is any damage done to your home or garden, please chat with us immediately.

Can I book a service for my indoor plants?

We have many services for your indoor plants. Our Plant Care service is an all-in-one package that covers things like watering, adding fertilizer, removing dead leaves and flowers, changing soil and/or repotting, and pruning to encourage new growth. This package is also perfect for while you’re away on vacation. For more information about this service and others, check out our Services & Pricing page.

Can a gardener show me how to take care of my plants so that I can do it myself?

Yes! We know that not everyone has a green thumb and are here to help. Getting care instructions from our gardeners is included in our Plant Doctor service. To get started, make a booking through our app.

Is there a service for outdoor cleaning?

Yes! Check out Power Washing in the services menu for more information.

What services do you offer?

Some of the most popular services we offer are Garden Care, Plant Care, Plant Doctor, Lawn Mowing, Power Washing, and Tree Trimming. We have many other services available which you can find listed on our app and website, but if there is a service you would like that is not listed, please chat with us and let us know your garden needs. Our gardeners may still be able to help. You can find a description of each service and what is included on the Greenly app or website.

Can I customize my service?

We have many gardening service packages that include a variety of options, but we understand that every garden is different. If you would like a service that is not listed, please chat with us and our gardeners may be able to help.

Are services available for businesses to book?

Sure! Just book the services you need through the Greenly app and our gardeners will be there at the time you request.

What if I want a service that is not listed?

What does each service include?

We offer a wide range of services that include everything from watering plants and mowing the lawn to power washing your driveway. To find out what each service package includes, please click on each service in the Services & Pricing menu. If you have any questions, please chat with us.

Can a gardener take care of my plants while I'm away?

Absolutely! There is no need for you to be home while our gardeners are there. Just leave any instructions, i.e. the key is under the mat, for the gardeners when you make the booking. We can take care of your indoor and/or outdoor plants while you are away so that you come home to healthy, thriving plants or a well-taken care of garden. Check out our Plant Sitting, Garden Care, or Plant Care services.

How do recurring services work?

Our recurring services are great because you only need to make one booking and are charged on a monthly basis until you cancel. The gardeners will come regularly throughout the month based on the dates and times you choose during booking to complete the service.   Another benefit of recurring services is that you will have the same gardeners every time and a discounted rate.

Can I buy plants and other products from Greenly?

What if I want to add extras to my service while the gardeners are there?

No problem! Just chat with us and our customer care team will be happy to help. All payments must be made through the Greenly app, even last-minute extras.

Do you have a rewards program?

We don’t have a rewards program yet but hope to have one soon. However, you can save by booking our recurring services.

Can I provide certain products that I want the gardeners to use?

Absolutely! We all have our favorite products and at Greenly we understand that. Just leave instructions when you make the booking, or tell the gardeners when they arrive.

Will I have the same gardeners every time?

When you book a recurring service with us, you will have the same gardeners every time, plus you save money. Currently, we have recurring services in Garden Care and Plant Care. Click on each service in the service menu for more information.

How can I contact my gardeners directly?

At Greenly we want to make things easy for you. So just chat with us and our customer care team will answer any questions you may have, or they will contact the gardeners directly if needed.

Why did my gardener stay less than 2 hours?

The minimum service booking is for 2 hours, but if the gardeners finish the job in less than 2 hours then they leave. But don’t worry, even if it takes less than 2 hours, our gardeners will do an exceptional job!

What if my gardeners are late?

At Greenly we know your time is important and while our gardeners strive to be on time, sometimes things happen – whether it’s traffic or some other unavoidable delay. You will receive a message at the time of your booking asking if the gardeners have arrived. If they have not arrived, please respond to the message and let us know. We will contact the gardeners directly and follow up with you.
