Can I customize my service?
We have many gardening service packages that include a variety of options, but we understand that every garden is different. If you would like a service that is not listed, please chat with us and our gardeners may be able to help.
How do recurring services work?
Our recurring services are great because you only need to make one booking and are charged on a monthly basis until you cancel. The gardeners will come regularly throughout the month based on the dates and times you choose during booking to complete the service. Another benefit of recurring services is that you will have the same gardeners every time and a discounted rate.
Can the gardeners take care of my indoor plants, too?
Of course, they can! But it’s not included in our Garden Care service package. In order to get your indoor plants all the care they need, check out our Plant Care service package. It’s all inclusive and covers things like repotting, watering, trimming, pruning, and fertilizing.
Why is trimming of trees and shrubs greater than 2 meters not covered?
Trimming and shaping of trees and shrubs > 2 meters isn’t covered in our Garden Care service package because it takes special equipment. But don’t worry, you can book our Tree Trimming service and have your tall trees and shrubs looking great!
Do I need to be home while the gardeners are there?
Nope! That’s the great thing about our services. They give you your time back to do anything you want. Just leave a note when you book so our gardeners know where to find the key, if your back gate is unlocked, or any other special instructions you would like to give.
